2、原理說明

PRINCIPLE 

THEMAIN TASK IS MEASURE THE PRODUCT MAGNETIC FLUX. MEASUREMENT EVERY MAGNETIC FLUX OF PRODUCT.

PUT FIXTURE TO FIX THE PRODUCT. POSITIONING PRODUCT BY CCD. GAUSSIAN PROBE POSITIONING LOCATION OF PRODUCT. WE WILL MEASURE THE LASER HEIGHT OF THE PRODUCT BY LASER. THE SOFTWARE WILL BE THROUGH THE LASER MEASURE THE HEIGHT. SOFTWARE  WILL CALCULATED THE EDITED HEIGHT DIFFERENCE. PROBE WILL AUTOMATICALLY MOVED TO THE EDITED HEIGHT.  AUTOMATICALLY ACCORDING TO PROGRAM TO MEASURE THE GAUSS OF PRODUCT BY MOVING PLATFORM . IT WILL GIVE JUDGMENT SIGNAL(OK OR NG). ULTIMATELY DETERMINES WHETHER OR NOT THE MEASUREMENT VALUE OF THE PRODUCT CAN REACH YOUR REQUIREMENT.
